Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses high-energy acoustic waves to stimulate the body’s natural healing response. It improves blood flow, breaks down scar tissue, and accelerates tissue repair, making it an effective option for stubborn or chronic injuries that haven’t responded well to other treatments. Most people notice improvement after 2–3 sessions, with optimal results usually achieved after 3–6 treatments. Your practitioner will reassess your progress and recommend the right number for your condition.
Conditions that may benefit from Shockwave Therapy include:
Plantar fasciitis and heel pain
Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis)
Golfer’s elbow (medial epicondylitis)
Achilles tendinopathy
Patellar tendinopathy (jumper’s knee)
Shoulder tendinopathy and calcific deposits
Chronic muscle tightness or trigger points
Other tendon, ligament, or joint pain
Shockwave can be booked as a standalone service or as an add-on to physiotherapy or chiropractic care for a more comprehensive approach.
This service is provided by both our Physiotherapists and Chiropractors. You’ll be able to select your preferred practitioner when booking.

These disorders affect the inner ear and can result in symptoms such as dizziness, vertigo (a sensation of spinning or whirling), imbalance, and visual disturbances.
The initial intake includes a comprehensive assessment of the individual's vestibular system and related symptoms. Based on the assessment findings, a customized treatment plan is developed to address specific issues. Treatment may include exercises to improve balance and stability, habituation exercises to reduce sensitivity to motion, gaze stabilization exercises to enhance visual focus during head movements, and education on strategies to manage symptoms in daily life. The goal of vestibular physiotherapy is to alleviate symptoms, improve function, and enhance quality of life for individuals with vestibular disorders.

Cupping Massage
Cupping therapy works by creating suction on the skin using specialized cups. This suction pulls the skin and underlying tissues slightly upward into the cup, which helps increase blood flow to the affected area. The increased circulation brings more oxygen and nutrients to the tissues, while the negative pressure helps release muscle tension, break up stagnant blood, and stimulate lymphatic drainage.
The process also helps loosen tight muscles, reduce inflammation, and promote the body’s natural healing response. Cupping can leave temporary marks, often called “cupping marks” or “bruises,” which are painless and usually fade within a few days, indicating improved circulation in the treated areas. This therapy is often used for pain relief, relaxation, and faster recovery from injuries or muscle strain.
